The vision for Next Generation Mission is to create a pipeline for the development of the missionaries of the next generation. We are creating a missiologies philosophy for youth ministries, as opposed to a single mission trip. We aim to begin churches on a step-by-step process to raise up future missionaries from their student ministries areas. Our goal is by the Holy Spirit to win people to Christ and raise up a new generation of soul-winners for the last days.
The Next Generation Experience
We begin with missions work for junior high locally, with the Navajo reservation.
We continue in the Caribbean where we do not face a language barrier and can share our faith in a third world experience, face-to-face, using drama, bands, and puppets as tools.
The college experience is conversational evangelism, where thoughts of the unbeliever are challenged with the Word of God. For seniors in college and beyond we offer work in France with the French Church and a group of missionaries reaching North African Muslims; it is a training course in Messily and we begin to tackle the language barrier.
We believe it is more important to take a step-by-step process in developing missionaries for the future than to simply evaluate those who we believe to be ready and send them out to receive and raise their support on their own.
