About Next Generation Mission Next Generation Mission was born from the desire God put on one man's heart to find, equip, and send the missionaries of the next generation to make disciples in the world (Matt 28:19). Dick Dietrich, former youth pastor, has been in ministry for over 25 years. Through his experience and passion for God, he has started Next Generation Mission and keeps it growing today. Dick and his wife Brenda live in Phoenix, AZ, where Next Generation Mission is based, and where Dick spends his time when he isn't running all over the world. God has given him heart for the up-coming generation and a conviction that this next generation is the one that has the capability to revolutionize the world. Next Generation Mission couldn't function without the support and commitment of many volunteers and workers who share Dick's passion for ministry. The many areas of ministry that NextGen is involved in include: church consultation, musical training, ministry evaluations and restarts, and of course short term mission training and execution.
